Shipments and returns

Local orders are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Fechr with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. Local shipments are free of charge.

International Shipments are shipped via DHL within 2 days after receipt of payment with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will also provide you with a link to track your package online. International shipments costs depends of customer's country and will be calculated at the checkout time.

For both local and international shipments, you'll receive a confirmation by email after payment and when your goods leave our warehouse.
